Universal Document Converter lets you convert among file formats with ease. It is created mainly to allow converting among documents and image files with the help of its virtual printing function.

This means that it can convert any printable file, and all the users need to do is select the Print function from the app used to open the files to be converted, and select the “Universal Document Converter” virtual printer from the printers’ list. Then selecting the output format can be easily done, along with the tweaking of many other settings and checking the additional features like adding watermarks or performing various page layout and size adjustments. You can even combine several source documents into a single multi-page output. I also appreciate that it even allows you to create password-protected and searchable PDF files.

Universal Document Converter can actually convert only to PDF documents and to image files like BMP, DCX, PNG or TIFF. RTF and HTML. Other popular formats are unfortunately not supported. Anyway, Universal Document Converter is still a great tool, as it combines ease of use with plenty of handy additional features, options, and functions.
